Please describe the white patches better. Is the skin dry there? Are these white patches flakey? If not, are these more like… ugh, how should I describe it… well, the best that comes to my mind, cottage cheese?
Small slits, do they look like really as if the skin was broken or more like ridges, wrinkles? (the foreskin is rather often wrinkly :P)

And even better is to get an appropriade description of your problem :P
