>I don't remember you exactly, but I say if it doesn't work in the one direction, do it in another. I fear that you have been doing something inappropriately. Here you'll find a couple examples of what I'm talking about. Particularly images 3 and 4.
>What you have to do, is a couple of times a day, grasp the end of the foreskin on the sides (like on number 3), and pull the skin forwards. Make sure you feel some tension, but not pain. If you feel pain from the glans due to its sensitivity, try to lubricate it somehow so the skin can glide over it -- oh this is why leaving it retracted isn't perhaps the best idea until the head of your penis becomes less sensitive. You wouldn't want to rub it to anything if even a dry foreskin is painful on it, would you? Keep going tho, my first boyfriend was in a similar situation and with patience it got a lot better.
>So, anyway, when you are at this pulling the skin forwards, you should also try to open the hole wider. Jake Booth, former contributor can fit 4 fingers in there, I can 6. Jake started a couple months before his 4-finger record with a phimosis, might I add. Not impossible ;)
>Any questions? Do ask.
Dee what i've been doing is retracting my forsekin when flaccid, completely retracting it, then i become erect and i contract my penis thinking that it would eventually be able to retract completely effortless. But what ur tlelin me to do is to pull my foreskin forward right?. Should i use lubrication or is it not necessary. How long does this process usually take if done the right way?
