betamethasone?

hello all..im a 24 yo male whos been debating on getting circucised or using betamethasone to cure my phimosis...and i can tell you that i will never get the circumcision done....ok..here is my question...is betamethasone 0.05 the same as of Betamethasone Dipropionate? and can i get this at a pharmacy with no prescription or can i get it online..if i can get it online has anyone bought if online and has the site where they got it from? hope to hear from you guys soon...take care
