Hi,
I am using OTC hydrocortisone cream 1% - usually sold as an anti-itch cream - even labeled as safe for genital itch. Tube only costs four of five dollars. I have had VERY good results applying a small amount twice a day - a bit like magic really. Can't believe the places I read about circumcision as the only option with NO mention of how effective steroid creams can be.
