Sadly, whatever the case, there are very few solutions. Basically they are limited to stretching the foreskin, which works in some cases but not all. Or there are several surgical solutions which will relieve the problem. However, again, you do need to know exactly what the problem is before you can resolve it. It also worth educating yourself completely about your options. Sadly this can be difficult because of the misleading propoganda that is on the Internet. Keep at it though, there is some information out there which is objective and helpful.
