However, for some people it can be too painful depending on what is stopping the foreskin from retracting (phimosis, frenulum breve etc.) It can also be a very limited in regards to pleasure, as the sensation is not as good. Imagine someone tickling your palm while you are wearing a glove, that's what it is like without a functional foreskin. Then try it without a glove and you get the comparison with a functional foreskin/penis.
