scare of foreskin

I hope someone can help me out. I'm a 20 years old male with a tight foreskin problem. I open my foreskin on my erected penis once and it RIP open causing DREADFUL SUPER pain. After that time i start to do streching and finally able to retract it without pain for once when my penis is not erected. but it is still tightly and unretractable when erected. so my 3 questions is...

1) when i shower it is loose and i feel i can retract it when it is not erected. but when i reach half way down exposing half of the head. i feel scare and i feel if i pull it all the way down.. i will get this feeling of the skin 'flipping' or paraphimosis... is there any way to get rid of this fear? does anyone feel the same??

2) since the skin is too tight to be retracted when my penis is erected. will it be a good idea to try first retract my foreskin when penis is small/not erected. then masturbate the penis to grow bigger which force the foreskin to expand behind the glans. or will this cause super pain or paraphimosis?...

3) i haven't use the cream yet... is it true that after using it i can put the skin back LOOSELY and comfortablely even when penis is large and erected???
