i personally never had any operations done on my penis... nor have i known about any manual treatments till two years ago, but I have pretty much invented some of these myself, for myself.

I once ripped my frenulum (it's still a continuous line tho), and it lasted long months to stop being way too tender at the damaged points. this was IIRC when I was 13 or 14, not really sure, and I'm lazy to try to recall it better. fact is that is has become more retractible, but since then I have added to that (as there had been a change of retractibility before ripping the frenulum). so, it has contributed to being able to pull back further than “before”, but manually exerted force (i.e. stretching) contributed perhaps even more significantly. I haven't ever stretched as regularly as those people whom I have heard saying they're relieving tightness in their foreskin, I surely didn't hear from anyone that it would even work, before two years ago, but yet I have been doing it for long and it did indeed work. currently I am able to pull it perfectly flat, even when fully erect, with almost no bending of the head. I say work on it.
