Phimosis schmimosis

I'm looking to cure myself of this phimosis once and for all but would like to know just what the best method of going about it is. I've heard stretching is the best option when circumcision has been ruled out as a viable option. But how exactly do I go about yanking around down there to achieve maximum results in the minimum amount of time with safety and health listed as priorities?

I've heard people preach to Heaven about miracle creams and techniques but found contradictions and quirks in their explanations.

Could anyone here offer a remedy that involves non-prescription drugs (finding a good doctor in this part of Canada is both difficult and time-consuming ... hurray for Healthcare) and a solid routine? I need a miracle ... any angels around?
