Injury During Masturbation

About a year ago I was masturbating and I pulled my penis too far to the left side while moving in up and down motions and I felt pain. I was able to finish. Well the pain was bad for the next couple days so I saw my doctor. He sent me to the urologist. My symptoms included pain on the left side of the penis (Which originally would occur if I use my "penis" muscles to move my penis), mild pain in the testicles (mainly the left), and pain down in the area between my scrotum and anus. The doctor prescribed medicine for bacterial prostatitis and it did not work (I am only 19, so I doubted it was a prostate problem). The main symptoms I have today are: The pain in between the scrotum and the anus & the pain in the testicles. I do not think it was a penis fracture. I think I may have torn something from bending my penis too far. Do you have any idea what I may have damaged? One other problem I have, which I believe to be completely unrelated, is a burning red rash on the tip of my penis. I did not get this till about six months ago and the dermatologist thinks it is some sort of relation to something (I have had the same type of issue with my feet and no type of anti-fungal seems to be helping). If I have left any information out that you need please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
