Jay- It seems to me that you may need to visit your Dr. again and be sure to strongly communicate your concerns, and let him/her know about the pain.
As far as the rash, as long as you're positive it's not an STD or is caused by too much yeast, etc. it's probably something simple. Try drinking a lot more water. My hubby is very prone to dry skin, and his hands and penis seem to be the most affected. I can always tells when he isn't drinking enough water.
Although- you mention your rash burns. This is problably more serious than simple dry skin. You may want to mention this to your Dr. when you go about the other problem.

The doctor prescribed medicine for bacterial prostatitis and it did not work (I am only 19, so I doubted it was a prostate problem). The main symptoms I have today are: The pain in between the scrotum and the anus & the pain in the testicles. I do not think it was a penis fracture. I think I may have torn something from bending my penis too far. Do you have any idea what I may have damaged? One other problem I have, which I believe to be completely unrelated, is a burning red rash on the tip of my penis. I did not get this till about six months ago and the dermatologist thinks it is some sort of relation to something (I have had the same type of issue with my feet and no type of anti-fungal seems to be helping). If I have left any information out that you need please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
