sensitive penis

i have a sensitive penin (glads) and im sure everyone does at my age maybe? all i have to do is run my finger over it and get some discomfort, im 17 and this is becomeing a problem i dont pull my forskin back too much to touch my glads because of the sensitivatey, i thought of fulling the forskin back and jus leaving the penis with the forskin back in my pants and just get on with my day to day things.... i tought it would be a good way to lessen the sensitivatey please help if u can.
