My problem is this. I experience intense pain upon ejaculation when the foreskin is pulled back over the erect penis. The foreskin can be pulled back easily when soft, but is tight when erect. There is no noticeable phimotc ring although a small patch exists of hardened skin. anyone know what this is likely to be? is it phimosis or possibly something to do with the frenulum? help ould be very much appreciated!!
