sensitive glan

got circumcized at the age of thirty due to sensitivity of the penis gland. could not even touch it. proceedure was done 5 days ago. able to touch it a little bit now and just put a pair of underwear on for the first time. very painful but tolerable. my question is should i keep them on constantly and will i get used to the pain. how many more days until its less painful. or any other solutions. please help
