That's a... to say the least, interesting reason to get circumcised. Honestly, you would have reached a quite similar effect when you had just kept the foreskin retracted.

Not to sound negative, but you have done something where you cannot turn back -- and even if you later wanted to hide the glans (yes, it's written like that) in order to make it not be rubbed.

The sensitivity will go away in the pattern that first the uncomfortable sensitivity (which is in most cases only uncomfortable to the dry, more frictionous rubbing; thus it shouldn't be unbearable -- by far -- inside a "wet" vagina, for example) will go away, and later slowly (every person differs, some lose it faster, some not) the rest of the sensitivity is to be expected to go away too.
