sutures/soft bumps

sutures all out as far as i know but in one particular spot there is soft bumps looks like blisters but their not. doesnt hurt but what do i do . this is where i had sutures and alot of dry blood. do i leave it alone. and how about the other bumps from sutures when do they go away thank you.
