Skin Bridge after a circumcision

I was circed at 15-1/2 against my will. I had a very long foreskin with a 1-1/2 inch overhang when soft. Now all I have is a skin bridge on the left side of the penis from the shaft to the glans. It pulls the glans to the left so I cannot pee or cum straight anymore. I can't stand doctors - the last one I went to ridiculed me and said to just live with it. I would like to know how I can get rid of this problem. Is there a way I can cut it off the glans myself?
