you still have a good amount of time until you become sexually active (or so I hope!) and till then, you have, well, a lot of time to train your foreskin to retract.

one thing we need to determine is whether the natural adhesions between the foreskin and the head of your penis have separated. the test is the following. when you go to the toilet, sit on it, and with your fingers, try to keep the end of the skin shut. pee gently and notice if the foreskin 'balloons up'. if it's full enough, release and let the pee out, of course :)

come back with the result and we'll see what comes next.

i'm absolutely and perfectly positive that there is NO need for any surgeries, so don't worry or even think about that.
