Jim was a cheater and continues telling lies. Recently Jim stated this on Fathermag:

PaulB and I have worked on the internet with young men having tight foreskins, and we have successfully coached several of them in stretching exercises. To date, there have been no failures among those who followed directions and actually did what we told them to do. Interestingly, one particular site chased us out because we were proving the owner of the site wrong in his theories. While the site was stating that surgery was necessary in many instances, we were showing everyone that it wasn't. The owner and many of the participants were unable to accept the fact that they were wrong, so we were sacrificed.
