>alright thanksPersonally I would disagre with Ivan. There are several reasons why a foreskin will not retract (tightness, phimotic ring, frenulum), it's not really simple. A couple instances of this misdiagnosis have happend here in the past. Wherein advice was given to stretch the foreskin, when the fault was with a tight frenulum and/or vica-versa. Unless you are 100% sure what is causing the problem I would strongly recommend seeing your doctor or a specialist to determine the cause and then get the prescription from them.
