>ok, so will my stretching excercises work? its showing signs of improvement after a few weeks but still no way near. i'm really worried about it :-s i'm known for my panicking but is having not very good retractable foreskin a bad/dangerous thing?
Jake Booth continued, glider continued, my first BF continued, and all three ended up with looser and looser foreskins.
dangerous? only if you panic ;)
once the glans (not gland!) can fit through, but not easily yet, there is a possibility of the so-called paraphimosis. BUT! if you don't get frightened and think about it, it's not by far as dangerous as it seems to be. paraphimosis is when the (tight) foreskin gets caught behind the corona of the glans (the ridge, basically there ends the glans). now what you should keep in mind, should this ever happen (albeit rather unlikely), is that if it got there, it can go back! simply enough, you have to take the courage and squeeze the blood out from the glans (its internal structure is like a sponge, can hold lots of blood in it, which makes it somewhat bigger and more red of colour), and push the foreskin forward. that's all there is to it.with time, though, and if you stretch with the pull-out-forwards method I recall to have described a couple times, the chances of paraphimosis will tend toward zero.
