Preputioplasty??

It's a pretty word, there's lots of talk and writing about it, but
I'm looking to find an adult male who has actually had it done. If
you look at the web-sites and articles, they mainly relate to very
young boys. I enquired to doctors who work out of Maidstone and they
came back to me after a few enquiries with "it's only really successful
on boys". There's also a doctor who's done it on several men (affiliated
to a UK anti-circ group), but he is now retired. Finally, there was a
guy in this forum three months back who had it, but he is no longer
on his E-mail or he's ignoring me.

Any other leads? It's sounding suspiciously like an abstract aspiration
if a site like this hasn't got any people who've had it done.
