Tight foreskin = painful sex?

Dear all,
Please advice. I am 25 year old male and never been in sexual contact. I will be merried in a month. I cannot reract my foreskin, though the exercises mentioned here have helped me a lot. My question is: During an intercource,
does the friction cause the foreskin to retract forcebily? If so, it will definitely be painful and almost impossible. In short, is a non retractable foreskin an inhibitant to an intercource (sentivity issues apart). Apretiate the help.
