By your age the other case (that the foreskin would be still attached to the glans) should not occur.Tried it, by the way?

If he does something that enables him to retract, then no. In particular I mean the stretching exercises that had been described to Dan and Jake Booth (Dan's thread is right here on the page still, the other is in the archives).
