I've had a prepuceplasty. My foreskin was previously only retractible to around one third of the erect penis (this being due to a phimotic or fibrotic ring). Wnet to see doctor, tried cortisone stretching which didn't work. Saw urologist who suggested prepuceplasty. Since, the foreskin is much better and can be retracted freely when erect without pain. HOWEVER two important things - upon a full and mighty erection (the ones which poke your eye out)it is still a bit of a struggle to pull back over head completely and if I leave the foreskin behind the head when ejaculating it is unbearably painful - I will aim to resolve this by perhaps undergoing another prepuceplasty to get some extra width. The other thing is that the phimotic ring is still there, albeit smaller, but this wont be much of a problem if I get that extra width. Conclusion: although it has not (yet) solved my problem 100%, it has much improved it. definitely better than circumcision anyway!
