>Life sucks, for me that is.hey man you sound just like i did a few days ago!....i have the same problem as you and i know how sad you feel about it and really depressed because you just wish the problem wasn't there and that you could get on with life fine. but please DON'T WORRY and don't get yourself stressed about it (easier said than done, i know) but this is curable and with a little hard work by the stretching exercises things will be fine.
i've been doing these exercises properly now for a whole week (twice a day, or sometimes once for 2-4 minutes) and already i'm seeing great improvements and i'm feeling a lot better! its still no way near where it should be, but hey it will be ok soon i'm sure.
just whatever you do don't get yourself down about it because it'll all seem worse than it is. it make take 2 weeks - it may take 2 months but as long as its going to work either way i wouldn't worry.
