Sexual intercourse is not the only way to please each other. ‘Playing’ with his penis is normally possible in many ways including oral contacts. In the case of your friend that’s limited and I think it’s a pity. I don’t try to push you to irreversible actions, except of course the retractable foreskin. But I don’t like the comment not to worry. It’s not a normal situation and I would do everything to change it in a natural way.
