>>Dear all,
>>Please advice. I am 25 year old male and never been in sexual contact. I will be merried in a month. I cannot reract my foreskin, though the exercises mentioned here have helped me a lot. My question is: During an intercource,

>thanks for the encouragement. I did not know that wearing a condom will alleviate the problem. Both of us understand very clearly that it will be a while before we understand each other biologically. Can some one direct me to a link/forum/website about female sexuality, particularly about first-night issues? We know it is painful because of the hymen rupturing but a detailed description/discussion will be helpful.
>Thanks a lot again.I don't know any sites off the top of my head, but I have read that there is no need to cause a ripping of the hymen. As you masturbate her, you can work a finger in to widen it gradually. It's much the same process conceptually as for your foreskin, but it is considerably faster. Take it easy, work it gently - you don't want her to have negative associations with sex or for her not to trust you in intimate times.
