Permanently retracted foreskin

I am 32. I feel that I no longer have a use for my foreskin. It has a tendency to retract by it self and sit comfortably below the penis head. I have been a whole week like this and have had no problems. In fact it feels good and I intend to remain this way.

When I beat off or have sex my foreskin remains behind the penis head for the entire time. So I have no use for it anymore.

Who else who is uncircumcised keeps their foreskin permanently retracted? How long have you been doing it for? Has your foreskin began to shrink due to lack of use?
