Ralesk, since you're Hungarian, I thought I'd make sure you understood the joke - 'Social disease' is the term that was commonly used for STDs when I was your age. At that time, even 'venereal disease' was considered too blunt, just as you couldn't say penis or vagina in major media in the USA (and I'm not all THAT old - I'm referring to the late 70s and early 80s). If you had gotten all that, I apologize - I have seen a few occasions where you miss references based on idion or euphemism (even though generally your English is better than most native speakers of the language I know).
