tickling, irritating feeling on the tip of penis

i just had sex for the first time a couple of days ago and since the day after i did (by the way im not circumsised) the tip (mostly the bottom of the tip) has a tickling, irritating feeling and when i touch it, it hurts and tickles and is very uncomfortable. i didnt really think if this girl i had sex with had any std's and im not sure if this is a sign or maybe because of the fact that i have a sensitive penis and when the foreskin was pulled back farther than usual it wasnt use to that. i really dont know what to do and i would really like some advice on this
