I'm speaking as an 18 year old who was circumcised 2 weeks ago, it sounds like you're in the same situation as i was. in april i realised that i had the problem so i saw a doctor about it, if it isn't retracting now i would definately see your GP and see what he has to say, the operation really isn't as bad as you may think, it's best to get it over with if it needs doing.
