Well, you probably can get someone to cut off just about anything you can pay to have cut off. I would recommend against any cutting to remove non-diseased tissue, and only when there is no other realistic choice. The last part of your foreskin, as you ought to know, is among the most sensitive parts of the penis. It also acts like a stretchy drawstring to pull the foreskin up closed again after it no longer is being retracted - that keeps the glans an internal organ, as it is meant to function. Being able to pee without touching your penis is hardly worth giving that up. If you are having trouble with non-retraction during intercourse, then you must be tighter than you are letting on. The thing to do is not to trim it, but to stretch it, just as you would engage in a gradual exercise program to achieve any physical goal you might realistically pursue. If you look on thes epages you will find how to effectively stretch and you will soon have no difficulty with retraction either during sex or at the urinal.
