I'm a 34 year old male that had the same problem your describing. I underwent surgery on Oct 20/2003. My advice is see your doctor for a referral to a urologist. He/she may recommend a circumcision. It wasn't near as bad as what I expected. I wish I would have corrected my problem when I was your age, since I was aware of the problem at that time. If you allow your circumstances to continue unattended, you could suffer other complications such as paraphimosis for example. I strongly recommend you take the inititive to contact your doctor.
