I would think that a partial circumcision is what you are looking for, if you want some foreskin removed. Generally the procedure would be done on an adult for medical reasons. However, you could get it done privately for cosmetic purposes, I suppose. You would need to be very clear with the doctor that peforms the procedure as to exactly how much you want removing.
