retracting foreskin/ phimosis issues

Hi guys im 22 yo and never had sex. Obviously id like that to change at some point ;)

Now I only realised I had something wrong with my penis when i was about 18 and then I searched
online and found out about phimosis. Ive read alot of the stuff on sites like this. And I *think*
I know whats going on down there but basically I havent seen a doctor about it and to be quite
honest dont think I will either!

Ive been doing some of the stretching exercises and recently I have managed to retract my foreskin
when errect. But its not all great as the phimotic ring hasnt stetched where the rest of the skin has.

So under the glans where all the foreskin has 'piled up' after retraction that area seems a little
bit painful to the touch and if i mess with it the errection goes away.

So I can only guess the phimotic ring needs stretched more then.
Anyone got any more tips in regards to that?
I got myself some Hc45 cream (it was mentioned on this mesage board as a not-as-good version of
the other creams but availible OTC ) but i have yet to use it as im not totally sure what id be doing!
Anyone else used that? Some instructions would be nice!

And one more thing. What is my 'little friend' supposed to look like? Its near impossible to tell
with all these phimosis sites!

i looked at this site, mentioned in another couple of posts here;

and id say that the picture 9-11 (or rather the bottom 2 pictures under the 9-11 caption)
are what Im looking at.

The reason why I ask is because Im still trying to assertain what I have. Is the frenulum in the
picture i just mentioned too short - or alright - or what? And how far can uncirc'd foreskin usually
retract. Id love to know.
