urinating after circumcision

So I finally took the plunge and had my op 2 days ago... have noticed that since the op during toilet duties I'm having trouble controlling the um... "stream" and its going everywhere... similar problems before could be cured with a pinch of the foreskin, but now there's nothing to pinch! Does this problem calm down? If not, how do I overcome it?
