If you tried stretching the frenulum for a long time and you didn't achieve sufficient results, let an urologist take a look at it. Frenuloplasty is a big help and not a very radical operation. It will give you much pleasure though. In general no tissue is removed, probably only some cuts are made in your case since you're able to retract the foreskin behind the glans.
