Certainly, if you can convince the Dr. (Who would be in your employ) of what you want. They have a strong tendency to go with their stock procedure and will probably suggest someting like why not get the complete job instead of a stopgap mod.
They tend to forget they are your employee. It is important for you to get the results you want.
However, in spite of what most anti circ activists might say, there is not all that much reason to preserve every vestige of foreskin and keep it 99% of the time covering your glans. I truly believe most of the useful sensations come from deeper than skin level and are enhanced by the more direct contact you get without the foreskin insulating from the direct touch.
After many years of going skinned back, I did indeed have a procedure similar to what you ask about that removed almost none of the skin or frenulum from the underside but removed enough from the upper side to maintain an uncovered glans. The appearance from the front is that of a conventional circ. From the side there is some extra skin visible below. Removal was small enough that I was able to keep the glans covered wearing Jockey shorts when I wanted to check on whether there was more sensitivity. Developed a moist shiny glans, it was somewhat painful to the touch. Smelled a bit even if washed a couple times a day. Quit the experiment and will wear it bare.
There is a picture somewhere on circlist of "anunusual circumcision", (not mine, apparently some Dr was doing infant circs in this somewhat diagonal fashion. Comment by the guy was that the underside extra skin was enjoyable.
>>Any Advice Appreciated
>I would think that a partial circumcision is what you are looking for, if you want some foreskin removed. Generally the procedure would be done on an adult for medical reasons. However, you could get it done privately for cosmetic purposes, I suppose. You would need to be very clear with the doctor that peforms the procedure as to exactly how much you want removing.
>Here's a link to my Circumcision FAQ which contains information on the surgical aspects of the procedure. It may be of some use to you.
>All the best.
