I am 20 and also have a tight foreskin. The most effective non-sergical method of curing this is a steroid based cream which you can acquire through your doctor. I have only just started useing the cream (today) but will leave another reply when/if i start noticing the effects. I also tried stretching but it did not work, please bear in mind i am not a doctor, but have lived with this for a very long time and hope you find my advice valuable.
