Phimosis is a condition wich affects children aged between 5 and 15, and unless you are within this age range, it is very unlikly that it is phimosis, simple stretching using your little fingre to circle the inside edge of the opening of the foreskin may be effective, otherwise, see your doctor, it may be a little embaressing but it will be worth it!! remember, even if your doctor is female, there are male doctors you can consult. also remember he has one too and will be more able to help than leaving messages in internet forums
