That has little bearing on whether a person will come down with HIV upon exposure.

Most of the case being made suggests that the mucosal inner skin is involved in the infecting. Oddly most circed guys do have this area of skin. The reason they are at less risk is because of the lack of a moist breeding ground that you have with that area being moist both before and after contact with an infecting source. The dryness and the resistance abilty of the continually exposed inner skin and glans helps reduce transmission of HIV and other diseases.

It is obvious- you would not expect to be able to culture a disease in dryness.

Either circing or skinning back is healthier.
