I'd prefer you ceased with that derogatory and discriminative description.

It is not even unique to the foreskin, so either you cease using it altogether, rather than to specifically describe the foreskin with it, or... you must mention that your mouth as it is, the whole inner side of your body, but the otherwise not quite moist outer surface -- all is a nice breeding ground for a lot of interesting stuff, bacteria and fungi. Also, many bacteria living on or nearby the outer surface are indeed there to keep fungi away.

>that you have with that area being moist both before and after contact with an infecting source. The dryness and the resistance abilty of the continually exposed inner skin and glans helps reduce transmission of HIV and other diseases.

Again, this has nothing to do with it being a "breeding ground".

>It is obvious- you would not expect to be able to culture a disease in dryness.
>Either circing or skinning back is healthier.

Then again, finding a /real/ solution is even better. BTW, African "circumcision crusades" didn't bring any remarkable positive results, last I checked. Also, it's still notable that the HIV&AIDS rate is /higher/ in North America, than in the generally non-circumcising, and generally not-skinback Europe, or Japan.
