I know it's embarrassing as I was once in a similar position to you and saw the doctor at about your age too for the same problem. However, if it helps any, GP's see that this kind of thing all the time and it is a far from erotic as you can get. They are like a mechanic and you are the car they need to fix.

Some people are able to have sex with a non-retracting foreskin, while others find it too uncomfortable or painful with this type of condition. You may find you need a bunch of lube to help. Anyhoo, you are underage and shouldn't be having sex! Whatever. Make sure you use protection.

Hmmm. If you can't ejactulate then why have sex? Or is a case of you get the orgasm sensation but no semen? Your still young and will have some growing up to do yet, so it may be just an issue of time as opposed to a complication of some sort.
