Either with time, or if you want to take the matter in your hands, in a lot shorter time, you can make your foreskin less tight.
Particularly good idea is to do what the guy it doing on this picture, as the tension you apply to the foreskin helps it loosen up. All you have to do is repeat this every day, and keep it pulled for a couple minutes every 'session'... Just make sure you don't pull too hard so as to make it hurt -- it shouldn't hurt, you should though feel some tension (like when you'd pull your lips with your fingers).
