Foreskin, Masterbation & General perceptions by women

When fully erect my forskin does not retract. I can retract when flacid and was thought as a young child to retract the forskin when washing/showering.

I am 25 year old male, who has not yet been sexually active. For about 20 years I mastebated just rubbing the foreskin together, which did not produce a fully erect penis, but was very plesureable. Masterbating using the stroking method(simulating sex movement) does produce a fully erect penis but it is not a pleasureable as the other method I used for 20 years. It's pleasureable but I find it takes longer to cum. At first when time permitted it would take an 1 hour. Eventually I found I could do it in 15 mins but with a lot of whacking.

My Questions:

1) Seeing as it does not hurt, should I even attempt the stretching exercises.

2) Seeing all the porn out there with 99% of men being circumcised and the ones who aren't can retract the foreskin for the money shot. Do women care if men are circumcised? I guess the major complaint is the foreskin rolling forward/back during intercourse. Since that doesn't happen to me, I'm wondering if I should do the stretching.
