That's up to you. What is it that you want to achieve?

>2) Seeing all the porn out there with 99% of men being circumcised and the ones who aren't can retract the foreskin for the money shot. Do women care if men are circumcised?

Some women prefer a circumcised penis while others don't. Any woman that would make a decision about having a relationship with you based solely on whether or not you are circumcised is pretty dumb. Thankfully the vast, vast majority of women aren't that shallow.

Some guys have sexual intercourse with similar kinds of conditions as you have and they don't have any pain and say they experience pleasure. However, for others, they have very limited pleasure and can find it uncomfortable to the point of being painful. The foreskin should roll back and forth, that's what it is supposed to afterall. If you want to a functional foreskin then you have several options open to you. First of all though you need to accurately determine what is actually causing the problem - what is stopping the foreskin from retracting. Is it phimosis, frenulum breve etc? Once that is established you can better consider your options. In the past here, blanket statements were given to people to stretch their foreskin when the problem was with the frenulum - and there's no point in having an elongated foreskin if the frenulum is the cause. The site that hosts this forum has some really good info and may help you self diagnos the problem. However, to be sure, you would need to see your doctor or a specialist to determine the cause correctly. Other than stretching, which works in some cases but not all, there are several surgical procedures that can relieve the problem. What type of surgery, again, would depend on the cause. Don't worry though as circumcision is not always neccessary in a surgical context to relieve the problem.

Hope this helps.
