Well, that sounds like fairly normal healing, but it's really hard to tell over the 'Net. If you want to see a physician, however, I would recommend a GP or a dermatologist. Their orientation is to fix things, while a urologist is primarily a surgeon. If the situtation warrants cutting, so be it, but you don't want to get your advice from someone whose first inclination is to cut.
