Are you sure it's not a lubrication problem? Make sure she's sopping wet before you start. As a practical rule, she should have already had her first orgasm before there's any penetration.

If it really is 'tightness' I would imagine a dildo or a cucumber would do the job. But take your time and don't overdo.
