I also have been retracted for some years now & started doing same in early teens, I would often get an errection in class as most boys do & if I touched it,it would retract & require a trip to the loo to recover same, because the glans was rather sensitive then, I came to the conclusion that the only way to overcome this problem was to try & keep it retracted which was eventually achieved with a few "ouch'es" & some frustation. now it stays behind the glans &,yes,it's probably shrunk a little because if I pull it over it prefers to roll back again which is the only way I like it now.
